How do your dots connect?
How do your dots connect?

Steve Jobs once said that you can only connect the dots looking backward. He was right - hindsight gives us clarity about how our experiences fit together.

But what if you didn't have to wait for hindsight?

Over the past decade, I've navigated transitions that many people told me were risky or unconventional: from chemistry to climate change, from East Africa to North America, from corporate leadership to international development, through career breaks and reinventions. What I learned wasn't just what to do - it was how to think strategically about life's inflection points.

Friends and colleagues started asking me for help with their own transitions:

  • "Should I take this opportunity or wait for something better?"

  • "How do I plan for a major career shift without losing momentum?"

  • "I feel stuck but don't know what's next - how do I get clarity?"

I realized I was doing something specific: helping people connect the dots forward - designing their next chapter with the same strategic rigor they'd apply to any important project, but rarely apply to their own lives.

Here's what I've observed:

Most people approach big decisions in one of two ways:

  1. Reactive - waiting until they're forced to choose, then scrambling

  2. Intuitive - following their gut without a strategic framework

Both can work. But there's a third way: intentional strategic design - where you clarify what you want, map the pathways that exist, identify your unique advantages, and build a plan that accounts for both opportunity and risk.

This is what I do in my non-work hours, and I'm opening up space to support more people who are navigating significant transitions.

If you're someone who:

  • Is at a career crossroads and wants clarity on your best path forward

  • Has a major decision ahead and wants to think through it strategically

  • Feels like you're capable of more but can't see the next right move

  • Wants to design your next chapter intentionally rather than reactively

I'm offering complimentary 30-minute Strategic Clarity Calls.

This isn't a sales conversation - it's a genuine exploration of whether my approach can serve your goals. In 30 minutes, we'll identify the core transition you're navigating and explore options you may not be seeing clearly right now.

Some decisions deserve more than hope and intuition. They deserve strategy.

Let's connect your dots forward.
